NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of North Coventry Township will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m., Monday, June 22, 2026 at the North Coventry Township Municipal Building located at 845 S. Hanover Street, Pottstown, PA, 19465 to obtain public comment on authorizing the expenditure of Open Space Funds towards the acquisition of a conservation easement on lands located in North Coventry Township identified as Tax Parcel No. 17-3-42.7, comprised of 19.8 acres located at 1033 Creek Road and Tax Parcel No. 17-6-57, comprised of 15.1 acres, located at 1320 St. Peters Road for open space uses in Pottstown, PA, 19465. The hearing is being held in accordance with the Open Space Lands Acquisition and Preservation Act (PA Act 153).
