Township Guidelines for Garage and Yard Sales
It’s that time of year again when we start to see garage and yard sales popping up in the area. North Coventry Township has the following guidelines below for those residents planning to hold one of the events. Please see below. Thanks and happy selling!!!
Garage or Yard Sale Guidelines
Limited to no more than four (4) times within a calendar year
There shall be at least a 30 day period between sales
They shall not last more than four (4) consecutive days
Signs advertising garage or yard sales shall be posted no more than two days prior to the first day and shall be removed the last day of the sale
Signs placed on utility poles are not permitted unless the utility company gives written persmission
Signs on neighboring properties are not permitted without written permission from owner
No more than two (2) garage or yard sales signs are permitted.
