NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NORTH COVENTRY TOWNSHIP, CHESTER COUNTY, PA

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the North Coventry Township Board of Supervisors (“Board”) will hold a public hearing on July 28, 2025 at 7:00 PM, at the Norco Fire Company Hall, 144 W. Schuylkill Road, Pottstown, PA, 19465 to consider a proposed amendment to the Township Zoning Map, specifically regarding the property located at 435 W. Cedarville Road, Tax Parcel No. 17-3-91 and may consider official action to enact the proposed ordinance amendment at the conclusion of the public hearing. The proposed amendment involves a change from the existing V-1 Village Zoning to TC-2 Town Center Zoning District.

A copy of the proposed ordinance amendment and map change may be examined at the Township office, 845 S. Hanover Street, Pottstown, PA, 19465, or the Chester County Law Library, 201 W. Market St., West Chester, PA 19382, without charge or a copy obtained for a cost not greater than the cost thereof. The proposed ordinance and map change is also available for inspection at The Mercury, 390 Eagleview Boulevard, Exton, PA 19341.

All interested individuals are invited to attend the public hearing.
