NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the North Coventry Township Zoning Hearing Board will conduct an in-person public hearing on January 13, 2022, beginning at 7:00 p.m., at the North Coventry Township Building, 845 South Hanover Street, Pottstown, PA. All attendees must wear a mask and social distancing will be observed. This hearing is for the following:
Application No. 2021-03 filed by House 2 Home, LLC, owner of property located at 57 West Schuylkill Avenue, being .31 acres and located in the I-2 zoning district. Applicant proposes to use the property for manufacturing and processing with onsite retail sales as an accessory use. Applicant contends that the proposed uses are permissible since the property is legally non-conforming. The Township determined that the property is not legally non-conforming, and the Applicant is appealing that determination. In the alternative, Applicant is requesting a variance and/or a variance by estoppel from Section 370-26 B(1) to permit the proposed use.
