Notice is hereby given that on April 10, 2023, at 7:00 p.m., prevailing time, in the North Coventry Township Building, located at 845 S. Hanover St., Pottstown, Pennsylvania 19465, the Board of Supervisors of North Coventry Township shall conduct a public hearing on the conditional use application of James Treat concerning property located at 1174 Sheep Hill Road, UPI No. 17-3-197.4. The property is appx. 7.447 gross acres situate in the R-1 Residential Zoning District.
The Applicant proposes to subdivide the property into five lots. One lot will contain the existing dwelling; one lot will be a separate open space with a stormwater basin, and three lots will each have a single-family dwelling. Lots range in size from 1.1 to 1.8 acres. A single-access cul-de-sac is proposed.
The conditional use procedures and standards set forth in Section 370-138 of the Zoning Ordinance shall apply. Any person affected by the application may move to intervene at the public hearing. Intervenors granted party status shall have the right to be represented by legal counsel of their choosing, at their sole cost, and shall have the right to present evidence to the Board of Supervisors. The public hearing will be transcribed by a court reporter.
