At the March 24th Board of Supervisors meeting, the Board considered a request to withdraw the subdivision plan for 1174 Sheep Hill Road. The plan had proposed a four-lot subdivision, including three new residential dwellings.
Board Chairman Jim Marks noted that this item had been tabled at the previous meeting to allow the applicant time to consult with their attorney. As of the March 24th meeting, the Board received a formal letter from the applicant requesting to withdraw the subdivision plan. Additionally, correspondence was received from the new property owner confirming the withdrawal.
With this information on record, the Board moved forward with official action. Vice-Chairman Rick Scheler made a motion to accept the withdrawal of the 1174 Sheep Hill Road subdivision application. Supervisor Bill Soumis seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
The plan is now officially withdrawn and will not proceed further.
