[May 23, 2023] – The Board of Supervisors convened for their regularly scheduled meeting on May 22, 2023. During the meeting, the Board acknowledged the receipt of a Minor Subdivision Plan submitted by James and Eliza Mann of 636 Neiman Road. Township Manager Batdorf informed the Board that the applicants are requesting a lot line change between two of their properties.

Currently, the Manns reside on Lot #1, which spans approximately 0.68 acres. Their request involves a lot line change between Lot #1 and Lot #2, resulting in an increase in acreage to 5.2 acres for Lot #2, while Lot #1 will be reduced to 7.46 acres. Chairman Marks emphasized that there are no immediate plans for new construction; however, future development is not excluded.

Upon review, the Township Staff deemed the submitted plan administratively complete and will forward it to LTL Consultants for further assessment. During the meeting, no questions were raised, and no action was required by the Board.
