Heidi Shiver, President, Bird Town Pennsylvania, presents an overview of the Bird Town Program and how it benefits municipalities across the Commonwealth. Learn about the process of becoming a Bird Town. Heidi has served as President of Bird Town Pennsylvania since 2021. In addition, she is active in the Doylestown EAC and serves on the Executive Committee of the Pennsylvania Audubon Council. North Coventry Township became a Bird Town in August 2025.
