Managing Invasive Plants

SUNDAY NOVEMBER 1, 11AM

COVENTRY WOODS – MEADOW AREA

GPS: Use 2328 Jones Rd, Pottstown, PA 19465

Invasive plants are a major threat to North Coventry’s parks and natural areas.

At this event you’ll learn:

-How to identify and manage the worst offenders

-How YOU can encourage natives and manage invaders in your backyard

Then we’ll work together for a few hours restoring and enjoying some beautiful parts of Coventry Woods!

The safety of our volunteers is our highest priority:

• Bring loppers, pruners, hand tools
• Wear gloves, long sleeves, sturdy footwear
• Bring water, snacks, etc., to fuel the fun.
