NORTH COVENTRY TOWNSHIP
ZONING HEARING BOARD

The Zoning Hearing Board of North Coventry Township, Chester County, PA, will meet
on Thursday, July 25, 2024, at 7:00 p.m., at the North Coventry Township Building, 845 South
Hanover Street, Pottstown, PA, to hold a Public Hearing on the following Application:

No. 2024-04: Cesar R. Allaico (hereinafter “Applicant”) filed a completed ZHB
Application on June 14, 2024, requesting a use Variance from Zoning Ordinance Section 370-20B
to permit the storage of at least 7 commercial containers (“dumpsters”) and the parking of at least
2 commercial vehicles on a 5.362-acre parcel located at 357 South Hanover Street (the “Property”).

The Property bears Tax Parcel I.D. No. 17-3D-83 and is owned by O’Dell & Co., Inc. which is
under contract to sell the Property to the Applicant. The Property is located in the TC-2 Zoning
District which does not permit the use proposed by Applicant. Access to the Property will be via
Elm Street, not South Hanover Street nor Coyne Alley.

Interested parties may appear at the hearing and will be heard. The Zoning Hearing Board
reserves the right to conduct such other business as may properly come before it. Persons with
