[May 23, 2023] – North Coventry Township has granted approval for the Minor Subdivision Plan of Fred & Suzanne Travaline, located at 1269 S Hanover Street, through the adoption of Resolution No. 13-2023.
Chairman Marks confirmed that the Township Board of Supervisors had previously acknowledged receipt of the subdivision plan, which sought a lot line adjustment between 1269 S Hanover Street and 1279 S Hanover Street. The applicant, Fred & Suzanne Travaline, intended to purchase one acre of land from 1279 S Hanover Street without any plans for future construction. As a result, 1269 S Hanover Street will expand to 3.56 acres, while 1279 S Hanover Street will decrease to 3.18 acres.
On May 17, 2023, the Planning Commission subsequently recommended the approval of the subdivision plan, as well as the requested waiver for subdivision and land development. During the meeting, no questions or concerns were raised by the commission members.
Vice-Chairman Scheler initiated the motion to approve Resolution No. 13-2023, granting approval of the Minor Subdivision Plan of Fred & Suzanne Travaline for 1269 S Hanover Street. Supervisor Hipple seconded the motion, which was carried unanimously by the Board.
