PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the North Coventry Township Board of Supervisors will hold a public meeting on January 26, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at the North Coventry Township building located at 845 S. Hanover Street, Pottstown, PA, 19465 to consider the adoption of two Ordinance amendments related to Driveways and Massage Parlor businesses. The proposed Driveway Ordinance will amend Chapter 312, Streets and Sidewalks in North Coventry Township by adding Article V. to add definitions, provide regulations, provisions, violations and penalties. The Ordinance enacts regulations related to general permit requirement related to the location, construction, and alteration of driveways in North Coventry Township. The Board will also consider adoption of a Massage Parlor Ordinance, amending the Code to regulate massage parlor establishments and alternative therapy businesses for the purpose of implementing a license application and controls for compliant operation to protect public health, safety, and welfare.
