Township Manager Erica Batdorf provided an important update to the Board of Supervisors on the progress of the new Township building project planned for Hanover Meadows. As part of the ongoing due diligence process, Earth Engineering has completed soil testing at the proposed site. The results confirm that the location remains viable for development, marking a key milestone for the project.

With this confirmation, the project’s architect, Kimmel Bogrette, will now use the data to move forward with the design phase.

In addition, Township staff are actively finalizing the pre-application for financing through the USDA Community Facilities program. This funding source is expected to play a critical role in supporting the development of the new municipal building.
