The North Coventry Township Zoning Hearing Board will conduct a hearing on Thursday, February 12, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at the Township building, 845 S. Hanover Street, to review the variance application of Robert and Christina Fry, owners of 78 Mount Zion Avenue. Applicants propose to construct a 240 sq. foot front porch with roof and require a variance as the proposed porch will be set back 25 feet where our Zoning Ordinance requires 35 feet.
