The North Coventry Township Zoning Hearing Board will conduct a hearing on Thursday, February 26, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at the Township building, 845 S. Hanover Street, to review the variance application of Mark and Raina Callendar, owners of 997 Malvern Drive. Applicants propose to construct a 784 sq. ft. pole barn garage in the side yard of their 997 Malvern Drive property which is located in the Rural Residential (RR) Zoning District. Applicants propose a 20 ft. side yard setback when the Zoning Ordinance requires a 40 ft. side yard setback.
