NORTH COVENTRY TOWNSHIP ZONING HEARING BOARD

The Zoning Hearing Board of North Coventry Township, Chester County, PA, will meet on Wednesday, November 9, 2022, at 7:00 p.m., at the North Coventry TownshipBuilding, 845 South Hanover Street, Pottstown, PA, to hold a Public Hearing on the Application of American Heritage Federal Credit Union, the equitable owner of a 1.08-acre parcel of ground located at 351 W. Schuylkill Road, Pottstown, Pennsylvania, being a portion of the property known as The Coventry Mall.  The applicant desires to install a free-standing pole sign for its business which will be 52 square feet when the maximum permitted sign area for non-residential use is limited to 24 square feet.  In order to proceed, Applicant seeks a Variance from Section 370-107.D.(2).

The property is located in the C-1 Commercial Zoning District, is 1.08 acres in size, and is a portion of Chester County Tax Parcel Number 17-3-14.1.  All interested parties who appear at the hearing will be heard.  The Zoning Hearing Board may conduct such other business as may properly come before it.  Any person desiring to attend the hearing who requires special accommodations should contact the Township Manager, Erica Batdorf, at 610-323-1694 before November 8, 2022.
