D.R. Horton (Specht Tract) 349 W. Cedarville Road – Subdivision and Land Development Plan – Listed for Board Consideration of Final Approval

DR Horton Land Development Plan

The applicant, D.R. Horton, and record owner, Coventry Walk Acquisition, LLC, propose a plan to permit land development and lot consolidation of three parcels, UPI #17-3-102, (1.8 acres), UPI # 17-3-103 (2.9 acres), and UPI # 17-3-105, (5.6 acres), with a total gross tract area of 10.3 acres, located at 349 W. Cedarville Road. The applicant proposes a development containing forty four (44) town house dwelling units in nine (9) different buildings, a private street, public sewerage, and public water, stormwater facilities, and common open space to be owned and maintained by a Homeowner’s Association (HOA). The property is located in the TC – 2 Town Center Mixed Use Zoning District.
